On Saturday night please come to the south stadium parking lot with your cars. The parking lot will be open from 5:00 to 5:45.
If you are pre-registered, check in with at the entrance. If you are not, please register your car at this time. Registration is important for to keep the Kids safe. We must have a record of all vehicles that participated.
At 5:46 we will close off the parking lot to thru traffic. At this time no cars may come or go for SAFETY reasons. You may not leave the parking lot until 7:45. We do not want kids to get hurt by someone trying to leave.
You may decorate your trunk, truck bed, trailer or even a card table if you do not have a trunk. We will have a HUGE trophy from Premier Promotions for the best decorated “trunk”.
Costumes are optional.
If you are a church or organization, please do not hand out leaflets or any advertising of that nature. This is to be a FUN way to trick or treat.
Please hand out only store wrapped candy.
Our goal is to create a fun and SAFE environment for kids to have a candy filled Halloween. We want parents to have the peace of mind their child is safe.
